On October 12, the Russian Championship in endurance events and the All-Russian Competition in sprint disciplines started in St. Petersburg, in which Belarusian athletes took part.

Belarusian cyclist Alena Amialiusik, after eight years in the Canyon/SRAM team, joined UAE Team ADQ, signing a contract for the 2023 and 2024 seasons.
Minsk-Arena Velodrome hosted the country's Open Track Cycling championship in Olympic disciplines, in which, in addition to Belarusian athletes, participated representatives of Russia.
From July 22 to July 24, Korobchitsky Olympus active recreation park hosted the races of the Open MTB Belarus Championship.
